Tamimi Consulting has a dedicated compliance staff responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring all compliance measures and programs in accordance with local and international regulations, and trains other staff to keep up to date with compliance requirements.

As part of its compliance obligations, Tamimi Consulting may receive personal data and information to carry out the necessary due diligence and, if necessary, is also obliged to pass such information on to supervisory authorities.
